HHSC has published revised guidance for the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) providers. The process now uses Michigan Peer Review Organization as the independent third-party for IDR reviews instead of the previous system.
