Summary
Oregon Medicaid is increasing reimbursement rates by 3.4% for all behavioral health services effective July 1, 2024. Billing teams must update their systems to bill at the new higher rates listed in the July 2024 Behavioral Health Fee Schedule.

By July 1, 2024: Billing team must update billing system to use the new rates from the July 2024 Behavioral Health Fee Schedule for all Oregon Medicaid behavioral health services. Adult mental health residential providers must submit all claims at the higher rate as noted on each resident's plan of care.
