Summary
Oregon Medicaid has completed implementing fee-for-service rate increases for behavioral health services effective July 1, 2024. Billing teams should immediately begin submitting all behavioral health claims for services rendered on or after July 1, 2024 at the new higher rates listed in the updated fee schedule.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update billing system to use the new higher rates from the July 2024 Behavioral Health Fee Schedule for all Medicaid behavioral health claims with service dates on or after July 1, 2024. Adult mental health residential providers must bill at higher rates noted on each resident's plan of care for codes T1020 and T2033.
