Summary
Oregon Health Authority updated the System of Care barriers reporting form for CCOs. CCOs can optionally test the new form for the January-June 2024 report due July 30, 2024, or use the existing form. The final updated form will be implemented for July-December 2024 reporting period.
Action Required
By July 30, 2024: CCOs choosing to test the updated SOC barriers reporting form must complete both the 'Barriers' and 'Resolution efforts' worksheets and submit via the Contract Deliverables portal. CCOs not participating in testing must submit reports using the existing form. This is administrative reporting only and does not affect billing operations.
