Summary
Oregon CCOs (Coordinated Care Organizations) must now submit APAC (All Payer All Claims) data files directly starting in 2025, with phased implementation deadlines from May 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025. A previous incorrect notice requiring 2024 data submission by January 31, 2025 has been clarified - CCOs are not required to submit 2024 data.
Action Required
By May 1, 2025: CCOs already submitting APAC data for other lines of business must directly submit Q1 2025 data files to APAC.
