The Oregon Health Authority has waived the requirement for CCOs to submit quarterly reports of Notices of Adverse Benefit Determination for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Hepatitis C services for the remainder of 2024. This reporting requirement has been permanently eliminated starting in 2025.
