Summary

Oregon Health Authority has replaced the requirement for CCOs to submit Behavioral Health policies and procedures for review with a new self-evaluation Attestation process. CCOs must now complete a self-evaluation checklist and submit an Attestation confirming their behavioral health policies meet contract requirements.

By January 31, 2025: Oregon CCO billing teams must complete the self-evaluation checklist for Behavioral Health policies and procedures available on the CCO Contract Forms webpage and submit the required Attestation to OHA instead of submitting full policy documents for review.
