Summary
Oregon Health Authority extended due dates for CCO deliverables related to Third Party Liability recovery and Personal Injury Liens. The new due dates are April 22, 2025 for TPL attestations and April 23, 2025 for PIL attestations and lien templates.

By April 22, 2025: CCOs must complete Third Party Liability recovery policies and procedures attestation based on self-evaluation checklist.
