Summary
Oregon Health Authority extended the due date for two CCO reporting requirements from June 30, 2025 to December 31, 2025. CCOs can now submit the Community Advisory Council Member Demographic Report and Community Health Improvement Plan Annual Progress Report anytime between June 30 and December 31, 2025.
