Summary
Oregon Health Authority has streamlined the 2025 Transformation and Quality Strategy (TQS) submission process for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) by replacing the full review and approval requirement with a self-attestation process. CCOs must now complete an attestation checklist instead of submitting the full TQS for review, though they must provide the complete TQS within 5 business days if OHA requests it.
Action Required
By May 15, 2025: CCOs must complete the TQS Attestation form (available February 14, 2025 on the CCO Contract Forms webpage) instead of submitting full TQS documentation.
