Summary
Oregon Health Authority updated adult mental health residential rates effective January 1, 2025, with all rates either increased or stayed the same. Providers can start billing the new rates on February 14, 2025, and may rebill for services provided since January 1st at the updated rates.

Starting February 14, 2025: Billing team must update system with new adult mental health residential rates from the MMIS approval letters. Rebill all services provided January 1-February 13, 2025 using the new higher rates for reimbursement.
