Immediately: Oregon providers should coordinate replacement DME, supplies, prescriptions, and dentures for OHP members affected by flooding. For CCO members, coordinate through their CCO. For FFS members, submit prior authorization requests to OHA marked 'IMMEDIATE' with reason 'EMERGENT REPLACEMENT – FLOOD EVAC' for DME, supplies, or dentures. For FFS prescriptions, pharmacies may request emergent dispensing per Oregon Administrative Rule 410-1210-0060.
