Summary
Oregon Health Authority has delayed implementation of HRSN Housing, Nutrition (Fruit and Vegetable), and Pantry Stocking benefits that were originally scheduled for January 1, 2026. The Fruit and Vegetable and Pantry Stocking benefits are now delayed to no sooner than March 1, 2026, while HRSN Housing moving supports are indefinitely postponed.

No immediate action required for billing teams. Monitor for future guidance from OHA regarding HRSN benefit implementation timelines and provider network requirements. CCOs will need to develop provider networks for nutrition benefits before March 1, 2026 implementation.
