Summary
Oregon clarifies that HRSN (Health-Related Social Needs) rent assistance through Medicaid cannot duplicate HUD Housing Choice Voucher benefits for future rent, but can cover past due rent/utilities for eligible members to prevent eviction. HRSN assistance is not counted as income for HUD eligibility calculations.
