Summary
Oregon Health Authority is increasing Medicaid reimbursement rates for assisted living facilities, residential care, memory care, and in-home care services under the 1915(k) state plan option. New rate schedules take effect July 1, 2025 with significantly higher payment levels across all care categories.
Action Required
By July 1, 2025: Billing team must update Oregon Medicaid fee schedules in billing system for 1915(k) services. Update assisted living facility rates (Level 1: $1,980, Level 2: $2,454, Level 3: $3,079, Level 4: $3,866, Level 5: $4,649), residential care facility rates ($2,863-$4,537), and in-home agency rates ($39.40/hour). Verify correct rate application for services provided on or after July 1, 2025.
