Summary
Oregon Health Authority has implemented new Behavior Rehabilitation Service (BRS) payment rates effective July 1, 2025. Providers delivering BRS services on or after this date must use the updated rate table for billing.
Action Required
By July 1, 2025: Billing team must update BRS service rates in billing system using the new rate table posted on OHA's BRS web page. Verify all BRS claims submitted for services delivered on or after July 1, 2025 use the updated rates. Contact medicaid.programs@odhsoha.oregon.gov with questions.
