Summary
Oregon Health Authority is consolidating two separate 2025 attestation requirements for CCOs into a single attestation due September 30, 2025, related to Qualified Directed Payments compliance. The initial March 31, 2025 attestation requirement has been waived after federal approval of dental directed payments was received.
Action Required
By September 30, 2025: CCOs must submit a single Attestation of compliance with Qualified Directed Payments within CCO Payment Rates requirements to Oregon Health Authority.
