Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas will implement code updates to their ClaimsXten auditing tool on or after August 18, 2025. These updates may include additions, deletions, and revisions to CPT and HCPCS codes used for claim processing and auditing.
Action Required
By August 18, 2025: Billing team should use Clear Claim Connection (C3) tool to check how coding combinations will be adjudicated under the updated ClaimsXten system. Monitor News and Updates and Blue Review for advance notice of significant changes. Test claim submissions using C3 before the effective date to identify potential claim processing issues.
