Summary
Oregon Health Authority is waiving the requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit quarterly reports about Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) referrals and enrollments for Q4 2025. Going forward, OHA will receive IIBHT referral information directly from providers instead of through CCO reports.
Action Required
No action required for billing teams. This change only affects CCO reporting requirements to the state - providers will continue billing and providing IIBHT services as usual. The state will collect referral data directly from providers going forward.
