By January 2, 2026 at 5 p.m.: Billing teams serving Medicaid patients in Multnomah County should review the full State Plan Amendment details and submit any comments to jesse.anderson@oha.oregon.gov. Update patient eligibility systems to recognize expanded TCM services for Medicaid infants 0-6 months in Multnomah County starting January 1, 2026.
