The Oregon Health Authority extended the deadline for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit their member-facing Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Services webpage URL from March 1, 2026 to April 1, 2026. CCOs must also update their HRSN pages within 30 days whenever new benefits are launched.

By April 1, 2026: CCOs must submit their member-facing HRSN Services webpage URL via the Contract Deliverables Portal. Going forward: Update HRSN webpage within 30 days of any new or updated HRSN program information launches. This is primarily an administrative requirement for CCOs, not direct billing team action.
