Summary
Oregon Health Authority is launching a Non-Engaged Patient Closure Report (NeCR) pilot program for Alternative Payment and Advanced Care Model participating health centers and clinics from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. During the pilot, PMPM payments will remain unchanged and no patients will be disenrolled.
