CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is launching new Medicare Advantage HMO plans (Advantage Core and Advantage Enhanced) effective January 1, 2021. By December 8, 2020: Administrative staff must register for and attend virtual training webinars to learn about CareFirst Medicare Advantage authorization, referral, and claims processes. Access the Provider Portal at provider.carefirst.com for updated Medicare Advantage forms and resources by January 1, 2021.
