Summary
Starting January 1, 2022, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will process claims for Place of Service 57 (Nonresidential Substance Abuse) and Place of Service 58 (Nonresidential Opioid Treatment Facility) as facility settings instead of office settings. This will change patient benefits including copay amounts.
