Immediately: Update genetic testing workflows to remove pretest genetic counseling requirements for CareFirst members. Continue submitting all genetic testing prior authorizations through AIM Specialty Health at 844-377-1277 or via CareFirst Provider Portal. Update patient scheduling protocols to reflect that genetic counseling is no longer mandatory before testing.
