CareFirst has announced the CAHPS patient experience survey for 2024 and is launching a new Provider Directory Updates and Attestation self-service tool in early April 2024. Federal law requires professional providers in Commercial and Medicare Advantage networks to attest/update their directory information every 90 days using this new tool.

By April 2024: All providers must register for webinars (March 14-April 9) to learn the new Provider Directory Updates and Attestation tool. Beginning April 2024: Use the new self-service tool to attest/update provider directory information every 90 days as required by Federal law. Access on-demand training course titled 'Provider Directory Updates and Attestation' on the Learning and Engagement Center.
