Starting March 1, 2026, MTM Health will manage all non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Florida members. Members and providers should book transportation through MTM Link online or call 888-777-6528 for rides to appointments, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Action Required
Before March 1, 2026: Front desk staff must update patient transportation referral procedures to direct Florida Medicaid patients to MTM Health instead of previous NEMT vendor. Update patient information materials with new booking method (MTM Link online or 888-777-6528). Train staff on new transportation provider for appointment scheduling coordination.
