Immediately: Billing team must visit echovcards.com/letter with Tax ID and verification access code from August 2025 CFA letter to select payment method preferences. Choose from Virtual Card (default with fees), EFT (no fees), MPX, or Paper Checks. Contact PNC Healthcare at 800-396-5335 if unable to access. Monitor for payments from both PNC Healthcare and Zelis during transition period.
