By January 20, 2025: If you are an out-of-network provider for BCBS Louisiana, register for and begin using iLinkBlue portal at www.lablue.com/ilinkblue for all benefits verification, claims inquiries, and authorization requests. Phone support will no longer be available. In-network providers calling Customer Care must have member effective/termination dates for eligibility questions and claim numbers/amounts for claims inquiries ready to verify they attempted iLinkBlue first.
