Summary
Louisiana Blue Cross will only accept CAQH applications for provider credentialing starting July 1, 2025, discontinuing the Louisiana Standardized Credentialing Application (LSCA). Providers must maintain current CAQH profiles and attest every 90 days to participate in Louisiana Blue networks.
Action Required
By June 30, 2025: All providers must create or update CAQH profiles at www.caqh.org for credentialing/recredentialing with Louisiana Blue. Billing team should verify all providers have current CAQH profiles with 90-day attestations. Contact provider.relations@lablue.com with questions. After July 1, LSCA will only be accepted for non-participating providers filing claims.
