Health Net is implementing a new Delegation Oversight Interactive Tool (DOIT) in 2020 that will centralize all utilization management reporting, audit activities, and corrective action tracking for participating physician groups. Delegated entities will need to transition to this new system for all UM-related submissions and communications.
