Summary
TMHP is transitioning to a new IAMOnline platform effective June 12, 2026, requiring all Texas Medicaid providers to activate their new accounts by June 11, 2026. Providers who don't activate will lose access to all TMHP applications including claims submission and prior authorization systems.
Action Required
By June 11, 2026: Billing team must immediately activate TMHP IAMOnline accounts using instructions from activation email sent by TMHP. If activation email not received, contact IT staff to whitelist noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov, and check spam/junk folders. Failure to activate by deadline will result in complete loss of access to TMHP systems for claims, prior authorizations, and eligibility verification.
