Immediately: Update referral processes to direct Health Net members to designated preferred providers only - Apria (1-800-277-4288) for DME, Coram (1-877-307-1452) for home infusion, E-Medical Supplies (1-888-814-6639) for diabetic supplies, and LogistiCare (1-866-842-0675) for transportation. Train providers and staff on new referral requirements. Failure to use preferred providers will result in financial responsibility for the practice, not Health Net coverage.
