Immediately: Providers caring for Cal MediConnect Plan members in affected California areas should contact Health Net Provider Services Center at 1-855-464-3571 (LA County) or 1-855-464-3572 (San Diego County) to request expedited prior authorizations, out-of-network approvals, or medical equipment replacements. Inform affected members they can get emergency prescription refills and contact MHN at 1-800-227-1060 for mental health support during the state emergency.
