By November 2, 2020: Billing team must register for new account at provider.healthnetcalifornia.com through provider.healthnet.com if not already registered. Update bookmarks and train staff to use new portal for all post-login functions including prior authorization requests, member eligibility verification, and claims submissions. Attend available webinars for training on new platform features.
