Summary
HealthNet is consolidating their provider portal systems by migrating all post-login content from provider.healthnet.com to provider.healthnetcalifornia.com on November 2, 2020. All prior authorization requests, member eligibility checks, and claims submissions will now be accessed through the unified portal.
Action Required
By November 2, 2020: All staff must transition to using provider.healthnetcalifornia.com for all post-login activities including prior authorization requests, member eligibility verification, and claims submissions. If not already registered on the new portal, register through provider.healthnet.com starting October 2, 2020. Attend training webinars to learn the new system. Update bookmarks and workflow procedures to use the new portal URL.
