HealthNet is consolidating their provider portal by migrating all post-login functions from provider.healthnet.com to provider.healthnetcalifornia.com on November 2, 2020. Providers will need to use the new unified platform for prior authorizations, member eligibility checks, claims submissions, and other post-login activities.

By November 2, 2020: If new to provider.healthnetcalifornia.com, billing team must register for new account at provider.healthnet.com (link redirects to new portal). Update bookmarks and workflows to use provider.healthnetcalifornia.com for all post-login activities including prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and claims submissions. Attend available webinars for training on new portal features.
