Health Net has temporarily suspended their Hospital Notification Unit (HNU) 800 number during COVID-19. Hospitals and ancillary providers must now fax inpatient authorization requests to 1-800-676-7969 instead of calling, and contact county-specific Provider Services Centers for authorization status.
