Action Required
By November 2, 2020: All billing staff must register for new Health Net provider portal accounts if they don't already have one by going to Health Net provider website and selecting 'Register for a new account'. Attend available training webinars starting October 2020 to learn new portal navigation for prior authorizations, claims submission, and patient information access. Starting November 2, 2020, use only the new portal for all post-login activities as the old system will no longer be available.
