Summary
Health Net will begin collecting medical records for HEDIS quality measures from December 1, 2020 through May 7, 2021. Randomly selected participating providers must submit requested member records within 5 days through Datafied, or complete a Certificate of No Record if records are unavailable.

Before December 1, 2020: Contact Datafied at 1-714-666-0951 to set up remote off-site retrieval if your office has EMR to reduce face-to-face contact. When contacted for HEDIS record requests: Submit requested medical records within 5 days or complete Certificate of No Record (CNR) if records unavailable. Contact Datafied immediately if unable to meet 5-day deadline to provide alternative timeframe.
