Summary
Health Net now offers weekly Activity Analysis Reports for Medicare Advantage providers in addition to the existing monthly reports. Providers can request weekly reports to get more frequent updates on member enrollment changes, transfers, and other membership activity.

Optional: Contact Health Net Provider Services at 1-800-929-9224 if your practice wants to receive weekly Activity Analysis Reports instead of monthly reports for better tracking of Medicare Advantage member changes. Access existing capitation reports through the provider portal under Provider Reports > Available Reports > Capitation.
