Summary
Health Net requires Long-term Care facilities that receive decertification notices from California Department of Public Health to immediately notify Health Net to begin contract termination and assist with member transition planning. Health Net will end contracts within 5 business days and suspend all payments after the decertification effective date.

Immediately upon receiving CDPH decertification notice: LTC facilities must notify Health Net Provider Network Management representative to begin contract termination process and coordinate member transition planning. Billing teams must prepare for payment suspension for all services provided after decertification effective date and coordinate care transitions as required.
