Summary

Immediately: New Medi-Cal providers must complete required training materials available at the provider website under Resources > New Provider Medi-Cal Welcome Packet. Provider must personally sign and return the training attestation form to activate status in the health plan system. Staff cannot sign on behalf of provider. Contact Provider Relations for in-person or virtual training if needed.
