Summary
Health Net revised the 2022 MIPS incentive payment start date to February 4, 2022, and updated procedures for accessing MIPS adjustment data files online. Participating physician groups must calculate and apply MIPS adjustments (up to 9% positive) for noncontracted providers within 30 days of receiving clean claims for Medicare Advantage services.

Update payment calculation procedures to apply MIPS adjustments by matching clinician TIN/NPI combinations and use Approach 2 for member cost-sharing calculations. Document the chosen cost-sharing method in policies and procedures.
