Effective July 1, 2022, California inmates in reentry programs can now access healthcare through the Prison Health Care Provider Network (PHCPN) via providers contracted with Network Providers, LLC. Providers must submit paper claims to Correct Care Integrated Health in Sacramento for services provided to this reentry population.
