Summary
Health Net has updated their CLRM02S ICE report to replace R-numbers with Client Index Numbers (CINs) for shared-risk Medi-Cal members, effective July 2022. This report helps providers monitor claims against shared-risk programs through the Provider Portal.

Immediately: Billing team should familiarize themselves with the updated CLRM02S ICE report format that now uses CIN numbers instead of R-numbers. Access the report via Provider Portal > Provider Reports > Claims > CLRM02S – ICE to monitor shared-risk claims if participating in shared-risk programs.
