By July 3, 2026 (when amendment notification is sent): Ensure your Availity Essentials administrator completes the following before October 1, 2026: (1) Register your organization at https://Availity.com if not already registered; (2) Log into Availity Essentials and navigate to Payer Spaces, select the Anthem payer tile, and access the Applications tab; (3) Select Provider Online Reporting and click Organization > Submit; (4) On the Welcome page, select Register/Maintain Organization and Register Tax ID(s), then mark and save all applicable tax IDs; (5) After registration, navigate to Report Search, select 'Provider Contract and Fee Schedule Notifications' and year '2026' to access and review the October 1, 2026 amendment details; (6) Add Provider Online Reporting to My Favorites for quick access. Billing and compliance teams must review the downloaded amendment for any fee schedule changes, coverage modifications, or billing requirement updates. Failure to register and access the amendment may result in billing errors or claim denials after the October 1 effective date.
