Summary
Health Net has eliminated the 120-day provisional period for new Medi-Cal providers. All new physicians and providers must now have complete Medi-Cal fee-for-service certification through the DHCS PAVE system before participating in Health Net's Medi-Cal network, effective September 1, 2022.

Immediately: All new providers must complete full Medi-Cal FFS certification through DHCS PAVE system before joining Health Net's Medi-Cal network. Credentialing staff must verify providers show as active in DHCS monthly enrollment files before processing applications. Contact PAVE technical support at 866-252-1949 for enrollment assistance. Existing providers without proper certification face network removal or contract termination.
