Summary
Health Net is transitioning to the Symphony Provider Directory system for managing provider information and attestations. Providers must either work directly with Symphony or register with the Availity Provider Data Management portal to keep their directory information current.
Action Required
Immediately: All providers not already working with Symphony must choose between two options: 1) Contact Symphony Provider Directory team to work directly with Symphony for automated data exchange, or 2) Watch for email/fax from Health Net asking to verify information in Availity PDM portal and complete one-time opt-in when first signing in. Providers must attest quarterly to maintain accurate directory information. Failure to participate may result in payment delays, reimbursement issues, or removal from Health Net directories.
