Summary
Health Net and CalViva Health are transitioning to the Symphony Provider Directory platform for provider data management. Providers must either work directly with Symphony or register with the Availity Provider Data Management portal to maintain updated directory information.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team and practice administrators must choose between two options: 1) Contact Symphony Provider Directory team to work directly with Symphony for automated data exchange, or 2) Watch for email/fax from Availity PDM portal and register when prompted. During first Availity sign-in, must complete one-time opt-in to share information with Symphony. Failure to participate may result in payment delays, reimbursement issues, or removal from Health Net provider directories. Contact Availity support at (800) 282-4548 for registration help.
